In the Men’s March Madness there was actual madness. One game was the Duke vs Houston game. Duke, being the 4th seed, fought really hard to get an upset against Houston and it happened. Duke won against Houston by 3 winning 54-51. Since Duke won, they get to go to something called the “Elite 8.” That means the last eight teams in the whole tournament. Texas vs Gonzaga wasn’t really a close game. But a full on blowout. Texas won against the Gonzaga Bulldogs 69-47. Winning by 22 is a big difference. The Texas Longhorns are going to go to the Elite 8 where the last eight teams in March Madness play against each other to become the NCAA Champions. The stars of the game were Yvoone Ejim from the Bulldogs with the stats 14 points, 2 assists, and 5 rebounds, and the star for the Longhorns was Aaliyah Moore with a Double-Double and with the stats 16 points, 6 assists, and 10 rebounds. NBA: Timberwolves beat the former champions 111-98

The 2024 Timberwolves are on a roll winning against the former champions the Nuggets. Winning against them by 13 in a sort of a fight. The final score of the game was 111-98. The Nuggets are on a losing streak of 2 and the 3rd in the western conference. Meanwhile, the Minnesota Timberwolves are Number 1 in the conference and have a 4 game winning streak. Also, the Timberwolves didn’t have Karl-Anthony Towns playing from a meniscus injury. People favored the Nuggets by 8 but the Timberwolves beat them by 13. The leading scorer for the teams was Nikola Jokic with a double-double and with the stats 32 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists, and Anthony Edwards with 25 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assist.
